Shipping and Returns

If the item is too large for postage, collection for free from South Birmingham is welcome, or we can deliver to locations within a 10 mile radius for a fee. Alternatively you’re welcome to arrange your own courier. We recommend Shiply.

Please note all items sold are vintage and unless stated otherwise will have the usual signs of wear and tear. Items are not restored/or in pristine condition unless stated. 

Returns & Replacements

We do our very best to ensure that your order is safely and securely packaged, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages that result from the mail service that we use. If for any reason you do not receive your package within one month of ordering, please contact us and we will see if we can resend it.

The Nature of Handmade/Vintage Goods

Items described as ‘hand made’ or ‘vintage’ are subject to minor discrepancies in color, surface and consistency. Whilst we endeavor to ensure that these goods are as well conceived as possible, the nature of the products means that minor defects are not an exception, but the rule of thumb.


In buying such goods you acknowledge the above and that there will be slight variations in a product.
We will not accept returns of any of these goods on the basis that they are defective or do not exactly match the image on the website.

Plants

We guarantee our plants for 8 days from receipt. It becomes your responsibility to maintain care of your plants after the time of purchase. We only provide the best quality plants and cannot be held responsible for any neglect or bad care. You will be provided with a few tips on how you should care for your plant with your order.

All plant orders are posted using a next day delivery service or via collections. Any orders placed after 3pm on Thursday, may not be shipped until the following Monday. Doing this avoids your plant being cooped up in a box and with the courier all weekend!

Please leave a note during checkout if you have a preferred date or method for delivery, and we will do our best to fulfil your order for delivery on this date.

Please note that these are our recommendations for receiving your purchases on time and in good shape, we are not and cannot be held responsible for any strike action or other unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather,etc.) leading to post arriving late or damaged.

Privacy & Security

We do not share any information with third parties. Inland do not store credit card or payment information and all transmissions of sensitive data are made with a secure encrypted connection. Our website uses ‘Google Analytics’ which uses a cookie that collects anonymous traffic data.
